What you will do

• Scale and refine the global design system.
• Lead the UI/UX lifecycle for new features.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility.
• Design for desktop software, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and responsive web dashboards.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the brand ecosystem.
• Provide and receive UI/UX feedback.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related role within a fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• A track record of creating high-quality mockups.
• Strong graphic design skills.
• Proven ability to manage focus and organization while contributing to multiple product squads.
• A collection of work demonstrating creativity and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Creator DNA as a streamer, gamer, or content creator.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with integrating AI-driven workflows.
• Basic understanding of modern front-end development.
