What you will do

• Design, prototype, and implement high-quality user experiences for landing pages and shared frontend components.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into performant UI solutions.
• Build and optimize reusable UI libraries and design systems used across multiple brands.
• Analyze UX-related metrics, including engagement and performance, to drive iterative improvements and A/B testing.
• Implement robust accessibility and cross-browser behavior using modern CI/CD practices.
• Safely integrate AI-driven systems and tools to optimize content, personalization, and user experimentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience as a Frontend or UX Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency with modern web technologies including React, Node, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with system design at the UI layer, including API design and data modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Commitment to responsible AI use, including data privacy and validation of AI-generated code.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of evolving shared UX platforms or multi-tenant UI component libraries.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive landing page strategy.
• Deep expertise in frontend performance optimization and operational excellence for high-traffic web properties.
