What you will do

• Lead the development of sophisticated frontend features using modern frameworks, ensuring maintainability and performance.
• Drive component architecture, design systems, and reusable patterns that accelerate delivery across squads.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into accessible interfaces with pixel-perfect fidelity.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.
• Shape the frontend roadmap through technical strategy and proactive risk management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Proven track record building large-scale web applications with performance and accessibility in mind.
• Experience creating design systems, component libraries, and scalable frontend architectures.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and backend teams; excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with testing strategies (unit/integration) and tooling for frontend quality (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tooling.
