What you will do

• Bridge the gap between growth analytics, product incentives, and local country teams to scale effective campaigns.
• Identify research opportunities to improve customer lifetime value, user experience, and operational performance.
• Own the global experimentation roadmap and consolidate insights into actionable playbooks.
• Collaborate with product teams to design solutions and prioritize backlogs based on business impact.
• Define KPIs and manage the rollout of new segmentation, features, and tooling across markets.
• Assess the impact of data-driven insights and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an analytical role managing large data volumes.
• Strong grasp of statistical methods and proven experience with A/B testing.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and programming tools such as Python or R.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and change management skills.
