What you will do
- Design and implement scalable, secure services for the Secrets Hub cloud-native platform.
- Lead complex technical initiatives and architectural decision-making processes.
- Establish standards for software quality, CI/CD, and security testing.
- Collaborate daily with product, UX, and engineering teams based in Israel.
- Work extensively with AWS serverless infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code.
- Resolve complex production issues and drive long-term system reliability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in Python.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native design patterns and AWS core services.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teammates.
- Experience building secure, high-performance SaaS or multi-tenant systems.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, and PrimeReact.
- Knowledge of database performance optimization (DynamoDB, Aurora RDS).
- Background in identity management, secrets management, or cloud security.
- Experience working in distributed R&D environments.
