What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across the LATAM region.
- Partner with European recruiting teams to manage shared vacancies and pipelines.
- Act as the primary recruitment representative and owner of local hiring processes in Mexico.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Maintain data accuracy in Jira and contribute to recruitment process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience hiring within the LATAM market (Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) required.
- Experience working within international or distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with European recruitment teams.
- Demonstrated success in owning a specific geographic market or location.
- Familiarity with Jira as an ATS or CRM tool.
