What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and oversee medium to large-scale projects according to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Implement standard project management processes including integration, quality, communication, and human resources.
  • Manage financial resources, project P&L, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks while developing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Support pre-sales, up-selling, and cross-selling activities to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role managing IT projects.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+).
  • Proven track record with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
  • Strong understanding of P&L concepts and financial tracking.
  • Experience implementing project management frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to identify client needs and match them with sales opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in insurance companies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
