What you will do

• Take full ownership of critical special projects, including international market entry and strategic partnerships.
• Identify and bridge organizational gaps by executing projects end-to-end and hiring permanent leaders where necessary.
• Recruit and develop a team of exceptional generalists to serve as a rapid-deployment force for company priorities.
• Implement AI-native operating models to maximize efficiency and speed across business functions.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and CFO to translate strategic goals into tangible operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of diverse experience across strategy, operations, finance, or go-to-market functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and BI tools for data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to navigate low-structure environments and drive execution in 0-1 and 1-10 growth stages.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve operational speed.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to challenge assumptions in a high-velocity environment.
• English: C1+ proficiency is mandatory.
