Liaison Director

TL;DR

Liaison Director: Supporting ongoing programs and projects within the Dynamics portfolio on the French market with an accent on acting as the key interface between Business Units, the France Country Unit, local customers, and industrial partners. Focus on managing stakeholder expectations, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with hirify.global’s commitments, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Location: Based in Paris and requires willingness to travel as needed within France, Sweden and internationally.

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between the Business Units and French customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of trust and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Business Unit in delivering projects on time, within scope and within budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks while proactively driving opportunities that strengthen project and business outcomes.
• Prepare and present clear, relevant project updates to senior management and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within defence, aerospace or another regulated industry.
• Experience collaborating with Direction Générale de l'armement (DGA) and/or other parts of French defense industry is a strong asset.
• Experience with project and portfolio management tools and/or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, written and spoken.
