An established art outsourcing studio creating high-quality content for major players in the gaming industry, while developing its own internal digital products and an online academy.

What you will do

• Design and execute the SMM strategy and roadmap across Instagram, X, Bluesky, and Facebook.
• Develop and promote digital products for artists through creative partnerships and campaigns.
• Coordinate the studio portfolio on ArtStation, selecting top works and overseeing project presentations.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2 SMM specialists, setting priorities and maintaining workflows.
• Brief the video production team and create engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts).
• Conduct analytics research and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SMM/Content management targeting an English-speaking audience.
• English language proficiency: C1 required.
• Strong visual taste and understanding of digital art presentation.
• Industry awareness of gamedev and digital art trends.
• Experience with AI tool integration to optimize content workflows.
• Proven ability to manage team processes and execute hands-on strategy simultaneously.
