What you will do
- Drive ARPU growth by at least 15% quarter-over-quarter.
- Shape the long-term vision and strategy of the product.
- Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap and backlog.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of features.
- Oversee the end-to-end launch process for new features and product enhancements.
- Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation to prioritize projects and features with the highest revenue potential.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a proven history working on subscription-based digital products.
- Demonstrated success in improving ARPU and/or ARPPU metrics.
- Advanced understanding of retention metrics, churn reduction strategies, and lifecycle optimization for recurring revenue models.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and experience with component-based design systems.
- Highly analytical, with a track record of leveraging user behavior analysis, market research, and segmentation to inform tactical decisions and strategy.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Background in premium/subscription products.
