Focus on driving incidents to resolution, implementing monitoring, and performing disaster recovery tasks on all supported applications.

What you will do

  • Support the full stack of Public Cloud, Private Cloud and hosted web-based applications.
  • Drive a commitment towards preventing recurring problems and enhance support processes.
  • Manage the operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within processes and procedures.
  • Drive incidents to resolution.
  • Implement, monitor, refresh, and perform disaster recovery tasks on all supported applications.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability for building rapport and handling customers over high-pressure situations and escalations.
  • Proven experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Knowledge of web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, Open AM).
  • Support Knowledge of cloud platform Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3.
  • Support knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes.
  • Working shift from Saturday to Wednesday.
