Salary: €2,000 - €2,800 gross monthly, depending on qualifications and experience, with additional performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Source, screen, and proactively reach out to candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams on different company initiatives.

Requirements

• Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several roles at once.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools.
• Basic knowledge of employer branding or interest in it.
