What you will do

• Support users via live chat and tickets with clear, friendly, and timely communication.
• Help customers solve everyday issues and make their hirify.global experience smooth and positive.
• Learn hirify.global's tools and processes.
• Share feedback with the team to improve support processes.
• Work in a shift system (including evenings and weekends) with schedules planned in advance.

Requirements

• You have some customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, reception, etc.).
• You speak English fluently and at least B1 level German or any other EU language (enough for simple conversations).
• You’re empathetic, friendly, and enjoy helping people.
• You stay calm and reliable, even when things get busy.
• You’re curious about fintech, investing, or crypto and excited to learn more.
