What you will do

• Perform high-end 2D retouching and compositing for automotive still imagery from raw input to final delivery.
• Create photorealistic visuals focusing on automotive elements like paint, reflections, interiors, and environmental integration.
• Collaborate closely with Art Direction, Creative, CGI, Post-Production, and AI teams to meet creative and technical expectations.
• Integrate AI-supported retouching workflows to improve speed and quality without compromising standards.
• Maintain brand guidelines, file specifications, and production requirements across multiple assets and feedback rounds.
• Contribute to process improvements and workflow automation within the retouching pipeline.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Frankfurt or Berlin, Germany.
• Strong professional experience as a 2D Retoucher with expert Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Passion and experience in automotive imagery retouching with high-quality standards.
• Interest or experience in AI-supported image workflows and retouching automation.
• Fluent English required; German or other European languages are a plus but not mandatory.
• Portfolio required, ideally showcasing automotive retouching and premium key visuals.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-based image generation, enhancement, masking, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of CGI workflows and confidence working with rendered source material.
• Basic knowledge of motion design or film/post-production workflows.
• Experience in luxury, automotive, or visually demanding brand categories.
• Familiarity with color pipelines and production-ready asset handover.
