What you will do

• Oversee the implementation and evolution of the local technology architecture.
• Contribute to the execution of the IT and data strategy.
• Collaborate with global teams on technology transformations and system migrations.
• Support IT governance processes, including documentation and reporting for local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on technology initiatives related to regulatory compliance.
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with group technology standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, IT architecture, or technology governance within financial services or fintech.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in Brazil, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, operational risk management, and data protection.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or information systems.
• Great organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or technology governance frameworks.
• Fluency in English
