About the Role

You will identify gaps, propose your own role or project, and take ownership from proposal through execution. You will design and build technical integrations, research new areas, ship product-grade work and contribute to open-source. You will operate across timezones, collaborate with external integrators, and ensure precision and low-latency in market data work.

Requirements

• Genuine conviction about Web3 and decentralized finance
• Practical experience building researching contributing or breaking things to understand systems
• A track record such as shipped products open-source contributions published research or community building
• High agency and initiative to identify and act on problems
• Comfortable operating in a remote global environment across timezones
