What you will do

• Collaborate with Agile teams to analyze product requirements and ensure high quality for VoIP and PBX services.
• Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test cases and automated test plans.
• Execute functional and performance testing to ensure platform scale and availability.
• Analyze test results, generate quality reports, and troubleshoot production defects.
• Work on modernizing software architecture for public cloud migration.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and proprietary frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of Networking, TCP/UDP, and Cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Linux and Python scripting.
• Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Experience with VoIP Telephony protocols such as SIP, RTP, or RTCP.
