What you will do
- Collaborate with Agile teams to analyze product requirements and ensure high quality for VoIP and PBX services.
- Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test cases and automated test plans.
- Execute functional and performance testing to ensure platform scale and availability.
- Analyze test results, generate quality reports, and troubleshoot production defects.
- Work on modernizing software architecture for public cloud migration.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and proprietary frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of Networking, TCP/UDP, and Cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Linux and Python scripting.
- Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Nice to have
- Experience with VoIP Telephony protocols such as SIP, RTP, or RTCP.
