What you will do

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define objectives, develop project plans, and track progress throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor performance, manage project resources, and report status to stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor other project managers to foster team growth and improve methodology.

Requirements

• Extensive IT project management experience in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and resources simultaneously.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English required.
• Must be based in Lithuania.
