What you will do

• Design and scale audio processing infrastructure for high-volume, low-latency reliability.
• Partner with Data Scientists to operationalize and deploy Large Language Models in production.
• Lead platformization efforts, creating abstractions and tooling to elevate backend development standards.
• Build and maintain high-impact services using Python, FastAPI, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Drive cross-functional technical initiatives that define the product's capabilities and technical direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in building and scaling distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration tools like Kafka or Airflow.
• Proficiency in modern API development using frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Demonstrated interest in ML/AI infrastructure and deploying models to production environments.
