What you will do

• Develop and maintain data streaming pipelines for hirify.global Data Integration (RDI).
• Integrate relational and non-relational databases with hirify.global Enterprise.
• Implement high-speed data transformation processes for real-time applications.
• Deploy and manage product solutions across enterprise on-premise and cloud environments.
• Collaborate within a dynamic, fast-moving engineering team to deliver scalable features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience using Java, Python, or Go.
• 1+ years of active coding experience with Python.
• Proven background in building enterprise-facing products for cloud or on-premise.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database principles.
• Proficiency with Linux-based infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes (K8S).
• Familiarity with Kafka, Kafka Connect, and Debezium.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Docker containerization.
