What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, handling both technical guidance and administrative tasks.
• Represent the team in meetings, manage performance indicators, and communicate team requirements to leadership.
• Drive recruitment by conducting technical interviews, assessing candidates, and managing onboarding processes.
• Integrate frontend elements with server-side logic and build reusable code libraries.
• Optimize applications for high-load scalability, performance, and data security.
• Develop and implement robust data storage solutions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship
• Proven experience in backend development and technical leadership
• Strong ability to manage team performance and mentor junior-to-senior developers
• Deep understanding of system architecture, API design, and data storage solutions
• Must be willing to undergo mandatory background screening, including fingerprinting for gaming regulatory compliance
• Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional stakeholders
