What you will do

• Develop and maintain institutional FIX APIs.
• Deliver the product roadmap for the IG Prime division.
• Monitor and manage services with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Build test harnesses and improve platform automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine processes and service delivery.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams as needed.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in concurrent and multithreaded programming.
• Experience with asynchronous systems, streaming, and messaging.
• Solid understanding of the Spring Framework.
• Linux proficiency, including shell scripting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with developing external APIs.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into development workflows.
• Experience identifying and mitigating development risks.
