What you will do

• Guide customers through the design, implementation, and configuration of on-premise platform deployments.
• Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to customer infrastructure.
• Perform on-demand audits and health checks to ensure platform performance and resilience.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible architecture and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering teams to integrate architectural needs into product design.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan
• Extensive expertise in IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and virtualization.
• Deep proficiency in system architecture design for robust technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments and on-premise infrastructure deployments.
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes and Helm, including managing highly available clusters.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
