hirify.global is an early-stage startup building an AI-native validation engine that automatically generates and executes tests directly in the IDE to ensure reliable backend development.

What you will do

• Design and build core components of the validation engine, including code indexation and test execution pipelines.
• Develop and integrate AI agents responsible for autonomous test generation and deep code analysis.
• Build and optimize platform infrastructure for local and remote environment orchestration.
• Own features end-to-end, covering scoping, technical design, implementation, and deployment.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to steer the technical architecture and product roadmap.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of systems that developers rely on for fast feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Europe.
• 8+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin or another JVM-based language.
• Proven track record of designing and building complex distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and database management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building IDE extensions or CLI tooling.
• Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with LLM APIs and deploying prompt engineering in production environments.
• Previous work experience in an early-stage startup.
