What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain art pipelines in Unity3D.
• Create advanced custom shaders using Shader Graph, Amplify Shaders, and HLSL.
• Implement and optimize assets for URP, HDRP, and SRP pipelines.
• Solve technical challenges regarding asset integration, lighting, and real-time performance.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Tech Leads to ensure technical excellence and artistic quality.
• Communicate technical requirements to both internal production teams and external clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Technical Artist.
• Expertise in Unity3D, including URP, HDRP, and SRP.
• Strong experience in shader development and real-time optimization.
• Familiarity with Blender or similar 3D software.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git or Perforce.
• Fluent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).
• Proficiency in Houdini for procedural automation.
• Scripting skills in C#, HLSL, or Python.
• Knowledge of physically-based rendering (PBR).
