Software Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Build and optimize scalable, multi-platform build infrastructure using Bazel and Nix.
• Implement distributed builds and remote execution to accelerate testing and build times.
• Manage complex software dependencies to ensure consistency and reproducible builds.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve issues related to builds and runtime behavior.
• Provide technical support to development teams regarding CI/CD flows and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Python, Linux, Bazel, and Docker.
• 5+ years of experience in CI/CD automation and infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with Nix, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship/relocation provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed build systems like Buildbarn.
• Strong programming proficiency in Go.
• Familiarity with C++ and self-driving project architecture.
• Understanding of S3 and data process pipelines.
