What you will do

• Design and implement high-fidelity simulation environments with realistic physics and sensor models.
• Develop and maintain interfaces for digital twin integration between simulation and physical robot units.
• Execute complex simulation-based tests to evaluate robotic control systems and algorithms.
• Analyze simulation data to drive performance improvements and system reliability.
• Collaborate across manipulation, locomotion, VLA, and hardware teams to integrate simulation tools into the development workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in robotics simulation and software engineering.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, and ROS/ROS Control.
• Hands-on experience with MuJoCo and Isaac Sim.
• Strong knowledge of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Understanding of imitation learning, VLA models, and computer vision techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based simulation.
• Experience with distributed computing.
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Robotics or a related field.
