What you will do

• Own and optimize tracking and measurement frameworks across app and web platforms.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve data quality, event taxonomy, and documentation standards.
• Support growth performance and product experimentation through advanced analytics.
• Manage the analytics and attribution stack, including tools like mParticle, PostHog, GA4, and Adjust.
• Define and refine KPI frameworks in partnership with Growth and Product leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards to enable self-serve data-informed decision-making across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, or growth/product data roles, ideally in consumer apps.
• Solid understanding of attribution models, cross-channel dynamics, and modern privacy constraints.
• Expertise with analytics tools such as GA4, Adjust, mParticle, or PostHog.
• Proficiency in BI and data storytelling using Looker or Looker Studio.
• Excellent communication skills in English, as it is the working language of the Stockholm office.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
