What you will do
- Empower business teams with trusted, self-serve data and operational intelligence to accelerate execution.
- Embed analytics into the client product experience to transform data into measurable customer value.
- Build and maintain a reliable, high-performance data stack using BigQuery and dbt.
- Reframe vague business questions into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Tech, and Product teams.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate data modeling, SQL writing, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a product-led startup or scale-up.
- Advanced SQL proficiency (window functions, query optimization, complex joins) is a mandatory requirement.
- Practical, hands-on experience with BigQuery and at least one BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of business KPIs such as MRR, churn, activation, LTV, and conversion funnels.
- Experience with data modeling and structuring maintainable data architectures.
- Analytical autonomy: ability to reframe business challenges and deliver recommendations independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with dbt for data transformation.
- Familiarity with ETL/Reverse ETL pipeline concepts.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and advanced analysis.
