TL;DR
Data Scientist (AI/ML): Designing and deploying intelligent machine learning solutions in Azure with an accent on predictive modeling, conversational AI, and large language models. Focus on delivering end-to-end ML lifecycles from requirement gathering and feature engineering to model training and technical delivery.
Location: Must be based in Poland with a valid working visa. Work is remote with expectation to visit the office.

What you will do
- Develop and optimize AI and machine learning projects within the Azure cloud environment.
- Solve complex forecasting, churn modeling, and customer segmentation problems.
- Build applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for text and conversational AI.
- Work on analytics tasks involving speech, text, image, and video data.
- Collaborate directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Document technical processes and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for team growth.
Requirements
- Commercial experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant PhD.
- Hands-on experience with the Azure Cloud Platform.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and solid understanding of SQL.
- Strong theoretical background in machine learning and LLM concepts.
- Valid working visa for Poland required.
- Fluent/professional English and Polish required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services and MLflow for lifecycle management.
- Previous experience in presales activities.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
