Location: Must be based in Costa Rica

What you will do

  • Oversee and triage technical support tickets escalated from enterprise clients.
  • Act as a primary liaison to ensure successful product adoption and long-term retention.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for strategic activities, including risk mitigation and end-of-life transitions.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve client obstacles and deliver comprehensive account management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Costa Rica
  • English: C2-Advanced proficiency required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developer-facing or technical support roles.
  • Strong background in SaaS, frontend/backend frameworks, and database management.
  • Knowledge of public cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Demonstrated ability in research, analytics, and proactive relationship management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global or NoSQL databases.
  • Software development experience in Java, .NET, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) environments.
