🌀 CEO | Global Premium Café Brand | International Franchise Expansion (Dubai).
We are partnering with an established international premium café brand with a strong heritage and an expanding franchise network across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. The company is entering a pivotal phase of transformation and growth and is seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead the business into its next chapter. With 150+ franchise locations today and a vision to reach 1,000 locations globally, this role offers a rare opportunity to scale an internationally recognized brand and build a world-class franchise organization.
The new CEO will work closely with shareholders to:
• define and execute the global growth strategy
• strengthen franchise operations and partner relationships
• build a high-performing leadership team
• drive expansion across high-growth international markets We are looking for a builder with an owner’s mindset — someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Key requirements
✔ Entrepreneurial leadership experience (CEO / MD / Regional leader)
✔ Strong background in franchise or multi-location consumer businesses
✔ Deep understanding of Middle East markets and business culture
✔ Fluent English and strong international leadership experience Experience in coffee, hospitality, QSR or retail brands is welcome — but not essential.
