What you will do

• Lead UAE market entry and expansion strategy.
• Build strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, payment providers, regulators, and ecommerce players.
• Drive revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and distribution channel development.
• Oversee digital lending deployment, B2C credit models, and microfinance initiatives.
• Build and lead the UAE team across commercial and operational functions.
• Own country-level P&L, budgets, and financial targets.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years’ experience in fintech, digital lending, BNPL, or financial services.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling businesses in the UAE or wider GCC.
• Experience working directly with regulators and financial authorities.
• Demonstrated success owning P&L and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong background in business development, partnerships, and marketing leadership.
• UAE market credibility and an established professional network
