TL;DR

Head of QA: Leading the QA engineering team, prioritizing tasks, and implementing new testing practices for mobile, desktop, and web applications with an accent on aligning with company plans and improving software quality. Focus on writing automated tests, manual testing, and collaborating with product owners, analysts, developers, and QA.

Location: Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus is required. This position is not eligible for outsourcing or remote work.

Salary: A one-off compensation of EUR 5,000 for relocation

What you will do

• Prioritize and regularly review tasks for the QA engineering team.
• Write automated tests for mobile, desktop, and web applications.
• Manually test mobile, desktop, and web applications.
• Implement new testing practices and techniques.
• Interact with product owners, analysts, developers, and QA.

Requirements

• Programming skills.
• Experience collaborating with the software development and support teams.
• Ability to prioritize and understand constraints.
• Experience with CI systems, testing automation systems, and code version control systems.
• Experience testing desktop Windows applications and writing automates GUI tests.
• Experience in manual and automated testing of Android and iOS mobile apps.
• Experience automating API testing.
• Experience leading a testing team.
• Experience with Windows OS.
• Experience with networking and virtualization systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux, Mac OS.
• Knowledge of C++ or C#.
• Knowledge of Java 8.
