• Develop and maintain performance test strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational best practices.
• Execute stress, scalability, and stability tests using established industry tools.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive system optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to embed performance objectives into the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create technical documentation and performance reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Software or QA Engineer.
• Proven expertise in performance testing using LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Strong proficiency in C# for testing and automation purposes.
• Extensive experience analyzing performance data and optimizing SQL stored procedures.
• Ability to generate comprehensive technical documentation and performance trend reports.
