What you will do

• Manage relationships with key partners and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of events and projects across all verticals.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.
• Establish KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to drive partner performance and long-term growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor to partners, anticipating needs and addressing challenges proactively.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable recommendations for product and operational improvements.
• Mentor and lead Project Managers to foster a collaborative environment and support their professional development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management or management consulting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and building professional relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple large-scale work-streams in parallel.
• Strategic thinking capacity to address partnership challenges and leverage proprietary data.
• Collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• MBA degree.
