What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 local, central, and regional controllers.
• Oversee financial closing, reporting, and forecasting processes, including annual budgets and quarterly outlooks.
• Standardize controlling tools and methodologies across all legal entities.
• Support the implementation of the digital SAP S/4HANA program.
• Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI to improve reporting quality and analytical insights.
• Maintain internal financial policies and govern compliance across the area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Controlling in a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-location teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• English proficiency required.
