What you will do

• Define and lead the AI architecture of the platform, evaluating and selecting technologies for LLMs, NLP, and Document AI.
• Design document processing and interpretation pipelines and define architectures for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Develop AI copilots and intelligent assistants integrated into the platform.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform.
• Define strategies for knowledge retrieval and document analysis, ensuring cost efficiency and scalability in the use of LLMs.
• Establish AI governance, security, and monitoring best practices, and contribute to the growth and mentoring of the AI team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven experience in designing AI-based architectures and solutions using LLMs or Generative AI.
• Experience with NLP or Document Intelligence.
• Adept at designing scalable and distributed systems, ideally in cloud environments.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to implementing scalable and sustainable AI solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams and mentoring junior profiles.
