What you will do

• Analyze user behavior related to trust and safety incidents including fraud, abuse, and blocks
• Identify weaknesses in safety funnels and support development of prevention and resolution mechanisms
• Evaluate impact of product and policy changes on user safety and platform integrity
• Design and analyze A/B tests for safety features and enforcement mechanisms
• Collaborate with product, legal, operations, and risk teams to align data insights with compliance goals
• Build dashboards and monitoring tools to track key safety metrics

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt or able to work hybrid from this location
• 3 years experience in product or risk analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large sensitive datasets
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Experience with A/B testing and complex funnel evaluation
• Ability to communicate findings to cross-functional teams including legal and risk
