What you will do
- Own and optimize end-to-end courier operations to improve service quality, reliability, and safety.
- Define, maintain, and scale operational processes, standards, and SOPs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Support, Safety, and Analytics teams.
- Analyze operational performance and drive data-driven improvements.
- Manage onboarding, setup, and performance of external service providers.
- Identify operational risks and gaps, ensuring timely mitigation while adapting solutions to regional regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Delivery, or Marketplace environments.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Strong ownership mindset and capacity to operate independently.
- Analytical and process-driven approach to complex problem-solving.
- High level of English proficiency required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
