What you will do
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) states.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities across departments.
- Develop functional requirements for new tools and system integrations.
- Standardize workflows and establish process KPIs for continuous monitoring.
- Document processes, SOPs, and provide training to internal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or operational optimization.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping methodologies.
- Experience in process re-engineering and standardization.
- Ability to independently lead analysis initiatives and structure projects.
- Experience preparing functional requirements for system automation.
- Excellent analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to have
- Data analysis proficiency including Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
- Experience with No-code/Low-code platforms and system integrations.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
