Senior Java Developer (Docker/Kubernetes)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa) - 3 days per week required from the office.

Salary: 1,000–1,300 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Design and develop backend applications utilizing modern Java language features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to SOLID principles.
• Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing.
• Build and maintain communication between services using REST APIs and messaging.
• Create, maintain, and manage Docker images and containerized environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional commercial experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in modern Java features like records, pattern matching, and virtual threads.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MsSQL.
• English proficiency required for daily international communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation tools.
