What you will do

• Develop and maintain large-scale mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Implement new features while ensuring high system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architectural discussions and best practices.
• Manage the full software development life cycle.
• Debug, profile, and optimize application performance.
• Work with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with JSP and Servlets in traditional architectures.
• Solid SQL skills including query writing and performance tuning.
• Exposure to Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitLab, GitHub).
• English proficiency required for documentation and communication.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
