What you will do

• Investigate trading-related client inquiries and provide data for stakeholder adjudication.
• Analyze system activity to identify unusual patterns or operational inefficiencies.
• Oversee global data and system-related events, ensuring accurate reflection on internal platforms.
• Monitor data feeds for corporate actions such as dividends and stock splits.
• Support the implementation of software updates and system enhancements.
• Maintain and update technology-related content on the company website.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or client support.
• English and Arabic language proficiency required.
• Understanding of financial markets, trading products, and concepts.
• Familiarity with trading platforms like MT4/MT5.
• Ability to work onsite in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of copy trading systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Power BI.
