What you will do

• Deliver excellent support to police users and retail crime hubs via chat, email, and phone.
• Lead large-scale rollouts and conduct training sessions for end users.
• Maintain platform data quality and manage technical troubleshooting in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Create and update resources, including help center articles, best practice guides, and training materials.
• Identify usage trends and insights to demonstrate platform value and drive adoption across police forces.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and contribute to mutual success strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer success role, ideally within a SaaS or technology startup.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills for in-person, phone, and written documentation.
• Highly proactive approach with a focus on delivering outcomes and adding value independently.
• Collaborative mindset for working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
