What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital, ABM, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing and sales performance data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Own regional pipeline targets and collaborate on joint marketing plans with strategic partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with PR, Digital, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Mentor team members and implement robust processes for regional marketing delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in IT, SaaS, or CCaaS sectors.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English required.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in Malaysia.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing programs that impact regional revenue.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working within matrixed, multinational organizations.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline content and campaign workflows.
