Principal Product Designer (DAM)

What you will do

• Own the UX and UI strategy for the DAM product area from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to identify experience gaps and proactively propose solutions.
• Design high-fidelity flows and production-ready interfaces.
• Utilize user research, data, and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
• Maintain design coherence across the broader product platform.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising the craft standards within the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Switzerland with availability for hybrid work in St. Gallen.
• 8+ years of design experience in SaaS or complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and ownership of information-heavy domains.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience in DAM, content management, or enterprise tooling.
