Senior Integrations Engineer

What you will do

• Resolve complex integration issues using TypeScript, React, and Node.js frameworks
• Own the support experience for escalated integration tickets and coach the team on troubleshooting best practices
• Serve as the technical liaison between support and Customer Success teams, providing clear incident updates
• Build and maintain internal documentation and runbooks to reduce escalations and improve resolution times
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance customer security and product reliability

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• 5+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years supporting enterprise integrations
• Strong technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with on-call rotations and customer-focused SDLC practices
• Deep troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed systems and APIs
• Open to responsibly using AI to enhance work efficiency
• Preferably proficient in Spanish for collaboration with Spanish-speaking teams
