What you will do

• Designing the architecture and creating a high-level strategy and technical design for the AI Stylist.
• Developing, training, and optimizing models for Virtual Try-On and automatic outfit generation.
• Optimizing inference speed and reducing infrastructure costs during scaling.
• Organizing the collection, cleaning, and labeling of data about fashion and user preferences.
• Hiring talented AI/ML engineers and building a culture of engineering excellence in the AI department.
• Collaborating with the Product team to translate complex technological capabilities into understandable and valuable features for users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI and a successful background in building systems from R&D to Production.
• Deep understanding of the GenAI ecosystem, including LLM architectures, fine-tuning methods, and RAG.
• Expertise in Computer Vision and RecSys, with experience working with generative image models (VTON) and building personalized recommendation systems.
• Understanding of mathematics and ability to build stable data pipelines and ML services.
• Ability to evaluate the feasibility of developing own models vs using ready-made solutions.
• Proactivity and leadership with the ability to make architectural decisions and drive the team to results.
